XOXO WiFi hotspot allows you to have access to the Internet on the move, wherever you are.

You can connect up to 5 devices at the same time on a XOXO WiFi (computer, tablet, phone, etc.). Please note that connection speed is shared between each device and can be reduced when multiple devices are in data process.
XOXO WiFi does not enable regular voice calls via cellular networks, however it does allow VoIP calls such as Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, GoogleVoice etc., over data networks.
It doesn't matter how many countries you plan to visit, you'll need only one device! It will make your trip a lot easier.

Absolutely not: you push power button on the XOXO WiFi router and it will make a WiFi signal. Find it on your device, enter the password (only at the first time) and you will be connected to the world. :)

A fully charged battery lasts ca. 8 hours while in use, 20 hours standby. We recommend you to charge it every night. The device can be charged via the USB cable or a wall travel adapter (both included).

Your device will arrive a few days before your planned trip. You only pay for days, when router will be active. So you don't have to select extra days with included arrival or returning the device.

Network coverage

XOXO WiFi partners are the biggest operators in the world to ensure that you always have the best and fastest connection available. While there will always be great coverage in urban areas, if you are traveling to exceptionally rural or uninhabited areas (such as jungles and high mountains), we recommend you to get in touch with us in advance so we can verify the coverage.
In general, the better signal in your area (indicated by more reception bars), the faster the connection speed should be.

It's depended on local range. XOXO WiFi always connects with the operator with best range in exact area. If the range is getting worse, XOXO WiFi automatically switches to the operator with better range. That's how you can have a good quality Internet access at many places at the same time.

Speed and data usage

Our network partners impose us fair usage policies that we need to respect.

In countries with 4G coverage:

If you use more than 1GB during the day, we may have to reduce your speed to not more than 256 kb/s (upper speed limit) in the case of data downloaded, and no more than 128 kb/s (upper limit speed) for sent data. Once you reach the limit, the connection speed will be reduced but you will still be able to use your XOXO WiFi device and connect to the internet.

In countries with 3G coverage:

If you use more than 700MB during the day, we may have to reduce your speed to not more than 256 kb/s (upper speed limit) in the case of data downloaded, and no more than 128 kb/s (upper limit speed) for sent data. Once you reach the limit, the connection speed will be reduced but you will still be able to use your XOXO WiFi device and connect to the internet.
The speed of the XOXO WiFi connection depends on coverage;
4G coverage:

Theoretic data speeds: 100 Mbps when moving, e.g. in a car, 1 Gbps when standing still.

Real-world data speeds: 25.6 Mbps and upload speeds of 9.0 Mbps

3G coverage:

Theoretic data speeds: 7.2 Mbps or 52 Mbps on 3G HSPA+

Real-world data speeds: 9.3 Mbps download and 3.1 Mbps upload

Cell phones work off of a different network than the pocket wifi, so the two are not connecting to the same signal. This is because the pocket wifi connects to data networks (3G or higher). On the other hand, cell phones connect to mobile phone cellular networks. Since mobile phone cellular networks have been around for a lot longer than data networks, coverage is a lot better, especially in rural areas. For this reason, you might be able to make calls in a rural area but cannot connect to the internet.


To ensure availability, we recommend placing your order at least 10 working days prior to travel departure date - however, you can still place orders closer - minimum 2 working days to your departure date (all depends on the delivery country).

Shipped with UPS Express/DPD takes 1-5 days (no deliveries on weekends / holidays). For orders placed further in advance, delivery is guaranteed 1-3 days before your rental starts. You will receive an email from UPS/DPD with the tracking info once your XOXO WiFi is shipped.

2. Delivery by Priority Mail

Shipped with Priority Mail takes 7-14 days (no deliveries on weekends / holidays). For orders placed further in advance, delivery is guaranteed 1-3 days before your rental starts.

Please note the delivery requires signature upon receipt, so please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package.

A few options are available to you:

1. Return by Yourself
You can use our signed envelope and you have to do it at your own expense. Please visit a local courier and ask for priority tracked parcel to Poland. This shipment method must be paid for by the customer.

2. Deliver to the nearest DHL Parcel Point
You will receive a prepaid return envelope with a label from us. Just find here the nearest DHL Pacel Point and return the parcel.

3. UPS Global Return
You have some alternatively:
a. We organize courier to pick up the parcel.
b. (Option) You can organize the collection yourself by calling UPS (https://www.ups.com/content/global/index.jsx?), and requesting "a collection for a return shipment". You'll need to provide UPS with the tracking number that's written on the return envelope, as well as a date for UPS to drop by at the given address.
c. (Option) You can delivery XOXO WiFi into one of the UPS Access Point (https://www.ups.com/dropoff?). Just give your envelope with documentation to UPS Access Point worker.

Remember! For any complaints regarding the late fees the customer must provide the confirmation of the return of device to XOXO WiFi to ensure that the device was sent back as the customer claims.
Failure to return the device (including all accessories and user guides) promptly to XOXO WiFi will incur additional late charges.

In the event that we fail to receive the device or any portion of the device, 3 business days after the specified rental end date, the customer will incur a daily penalty fee of 9,95Є until the date the device is received. If for any reason the customer is unable to return the device to us, including but not limited to the device being lost or stolen during the rental period, the customer should contact XOXO WiFi immediately via e-mail to support@xoxowifi.com, so that additional late charges are not incurred.
You are responsible for the safe and timely return of your XOXO WiFi. For this reason, we always recommend using a trackable return method.

Once your application is completed through the website though you wish to cancel your service without incurring a cancellation fee, you will need to cancel 7 working days before you are scheduled to receive the device. You have two choice to cancel the order:

If your device has already been dispatched, then we will not be able to refund relevant charges.
As mentioned in our terms & conditions, your credit card will be charged a 100Є fee for the device and 120Є for full loss.


The payment is done online, at the time of the order made on our booking page.
XOXO WiFi accepts most of international debit and credit card issued by banks around the world, such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and American Express.
It is also posible to pay by PayPal acoount.
XOXO WiFi will not charge a deposit for orders placed using a credit card and PayPal via the official website.

Insurance is available as an additional option for your rental. It covers you for damage, loss (including theft) of all Equipment, by reducing the amount of the deposit to 100€ (instead of 200€).
